Tuak Biotechnology Borneo is a premium brew of traditional rice wine that is formulated using probiotic yeast cultures via modern biotechnology processes. our yeast cultures have been selected after years of research in the field of fungal molecular biology and bioinformatics. our tuak samples are tested using sate-of-art High Performance Liquid Chromatography (HPLC) for ethanol, sugar and organic acids content .
